I had the pleasure of meeting with representatives of the L’Arche Foundation from Opole at the European Parliament in Brussels—a unique community that brings together people with disabilities and their caregivers in a spirit of mutual respect and shared daily life.
We discussed the values that form the foundation of both this community and the entire idea of a united Europe: dignity, solidarity, and being present for one another.
It was an important and moving meeting. Thank you for your presence, your commitment, and your beautiful testimony.
