In the European Parliament
The European Parliament has 20 standing committees and four sub-committees. At the beginning of my term, I selected three of them on which I will focus my work.
The EMPL committee deals with employment policy, working conditions and social protection in the European Union. It is responsible for issues related to workers' rights, equal opportunities in the labour market and combating unemployment and poverty. Its competences also include issues regarding worker mobility, social dialogue and the functioning of funds such as the European Social Fund Plus.
The REGI committee focuses on cohesion policy, which aims to reduce development differences between EU regions. It oversees the use of structural and investment funds, such as the European Regional Development Fund and the Cohesion Fund. Its activities support infrastructure development, innovation and strengthening regional competitiveness, with particular attention to less developed areas.
The IMCO committee deals with the functioning of the EU single market and consumer protection policy. It oversees issues related to the free movement of goods, services, capital and people. It also focuses on digital economy, e-commerce and the protection of consumer rights in cross-border trade.
Parliamentary Delegations
Parliamentary delegations in the European Parliament are responsible for maintaining and developing relations with parliaments of third countries and international organisations. Their activities include political dialogue, support for democracy and human rights, and monitoring cooperation between the EU and external partners.
In the current term, I am a member of two delegations:
- Delegation for relations with Central Asia
- Delegation for relations with the Maghreb countries and the Arab Maghreb Union, including the EU-Morocco, EU-Tunisia and EU-Algeria Joint Parliamentary Committees
EPP Group
In the European Parliament, together with other Members from Civic Coalition and Polish People's Party, I belong to the European People's Party (EPP) group — the largest political group in the European Parliament, bringing together 188 MEPs from centre-right parties from various countries of the European Union. Poland is the second largest national delegation in the group.
The EPP focuses on promoting Christian-democratic values, market economy, rule of law, solidarity and European integration.
- The EPP strives for further economic integration in the EU, promoting free trade, innovation and digitalisation, with the aim of creating new jobs and economic growth.
- The EPP places great emphasis on strengthening the security and defence policy of the European Union.
- The EPP supports sustainable development and climate protection efforts, while also promoting the competitiveness of the European economy.
- The EPP is committed to defending democracy, the rule of law and human rights.

My Activity
In this term of the European Parliament, I focus on actions for a fair and competitive labour market that supports both entrepreneurship and social inclusion. A key priority for me is also ensuring the continuation of cohesion policy after 2028 and maintaining an appropriately high level of funding for Polish regions.
At the same time, I am involved in initiatives to build a safe Europe, resilient to crises and better prepared for future challenges, including emergencies and disasters.
Here you will find more information about my work: debates in which I participate, reports that I work on, and explanations of votes during plenary sessions.
