Approved! The European Parliament’s Committee on Employment and Social Affairs (EMPL) has adopted my report on digitalization, artificial intelligence, and algorithmic governance in the workplace.
Voting result: 41 in favor, 6 against, 4 abstentions.
This is an important step toward a Europe where technology serves people, and where decisions regarding work — such as hiring, pay, or termination — are always made by people, not algorithms.
