New Sectoral Skills Centre Opens in Strzelce Opolskie

A new Sectoral Skills Centre specializing in economics and accounting has opened in Strzelce Opolskie, based at the Centre for Vocational and Continuing Education. This investment creates a modern learning space for gaining practical skills and preparing young people for the realities of today’s economy.

The project, worth over 12 million PLN including 10 million PLN in funding, made it possible to create new labs for economics, entrepreneurship, accounting and HR & payroll.

Thanks to European funding, our region is building a network of Sectoral Skills Centres that prepare talent for key sectors of the economy. Among these investments are:

Kluczbork – energy sector – 15 million PLN in funding

Opole – automotive industry – nearly 16 million PLN

Grodków – logistics – 12 million PLN

Opole – printing and packaging – 11 million PLN

Zdzieszowice – freight forwarding – over 10.6 million PLN

Krapkowice – industrial insulation – nearly 10 million PLN

Nysa – finishing works – over 9.4 million PLN

Strzelce Opolskie – photography – nearly 10 million PLN

Opole – telecommunications – nearly 10 million PLN

These are concrete investments in education, modern technology, and the future of young people in our region.
